marissa-howell:

Marissa couldn’t believe she’d almost told him what she had been thinking. Part of her still wanted to but she figured it would only make things worse. But when he said he wanted to know she paused. Looking at him she knew that she had to tell him  now. Sighing softly she looked at him. “I was just saying there is nothing flattering about feeling like someone knows exactly what I or we are doing at any given moment. It scares the hell out of me actually.” she said softly. She smiled at him. “You know me better than most people. So your right. You probably would know.” she said matching his smirk.

marissa-howell:

Marissa laughed. She knew he liked that side of her. It showed. She smiled as he took her hand and she nodded. “I know you do. Hopefully it will stop soon.” she said quietly. She looked at him carefully. She wondered what he was thinking but she didn’t ask. She knew that it…

She turned over with her back facing the phone. She noted his voice and she just nodded. She figured he saw her look at the phone but she knew that she wasn’t going to give it another thought. She couldn’t. If she did it would take over her thoughts and drive her crazy and she couldn’t let that happen. She didn’t want him to see just how bad it scared her. She  smiled slightly as she kissed him back. “I don’t want to turn it on. Because if I do. That gives whoever it is a direct line to us. And neither one of us need that right now.” she said softly. “You know.. Whoever it is acts as if I should be flattered that I’m being stalked.” she said making a face. “There is nothing flattering about feeling like someone could….” she paused. She looked down. “Nevermind. Let’s not worry about it now.” she said quietly.

marissa-howell:

Marissa couldn’t help herself. She had to smile at him. “Well good. Because even if you were to have it another way it wouldn’t stop. I would still be both you and your ego’s biggest fan. Nobody can change that.” she said with a smile. Her face went straight as she nodded…

Marissa laughed. She knew he liked that side of her. It showed. She smiled as he took her hand and she nodded. “I know you do. Hopefully it will stop soon.” she said quietly. She looked at him carefully. She wondered what he was thinking but she didn’t ask. She knew that it was probably something simple like making sure she didn’t worry. She nodded following him up the stairs. “Okay.” she said with a smile. She watched him lay down and she smiled. She looked back at the previews and she turned to look at him again. She sank down into the bed beside him and she smiled. She looked over at her phone but she wasn’t even going to turn it on. She knew better. Looking at him she smiled.

Marissa laughed. “Well your ego has to have a biggest fan and it will always be me.” she said with a grin. “Fine. You never worry. But I know it bothers you. And you shouldn’t have to worry. So I turned my phone off. And that is what creeps me out. Knowing we could be watched…

Marissa couldn’t help herself. She had to smile at him. “Well good. Because even if you were to have it another way it wouldn’t stop. I would still be both you and your ego’s biggest fan. Nobody can change that.” she said with a smile.  Her face went straight as she nodded slowly. “I know. It creeps me out too. But I don’t care who it is. I just want it to stop.” She smirked at his joke and she looked down. “It’s okay.” she said softly. She watched him dump his cup as she drank some more of hers. “Me pick?” she asked. She thought for a moment and kissed him back. “Just put a movie on babe.” she said softly before kissing him again.

marissa-howell:

Marissa smiled when he turned to look at her. She watched him pour his cup of coffee and she looked past him to the window. She nodded slowly. “Actually.. I don’t mind it so much this time. At least I’m not alone.” she said giving him a look. She nodded slowly and she smiled…

Marissa laughed. “Well your ego has to have a biggest fan and it will always be me.” she said with a grin. “Fine. You never worry. But I know it bothers you. And you shouldn’t have to worry. So I turned my phone off. And that is what creeps me out. Knowing we could be watched at any moment.”  she said looking down. She took the cup of coffee and held it up to her lips just taking in the warmth for a moment before taking a sip. She set her cup down and looked at him.  She thought about his question and she shrugged. “We could watch a movie or do anything you want.” she looked at the window. “Inside would definitely be better.” she said turning to look at him again.
